"When skiing at Whistler Blackcomb my buddies and I experienced such a wide range of weather conditions it challenged even my GORE-TEX® ski clothes from The North Face.

High winds at the summit; driving snow just down from the top; fog and clouds at mid-mountain; and then rain as we descended to the base area. Near perfect conditions! (If you are in GORE-TEX® gear.)

The group, who has been skiing together for over 15 years, agreed it was the most extreme weather we have experienced. Those in the group that were without GORE-TEX® gear were soaked to the skin, cold, and grumpy when we got back to the condo. With my GORE-TEX® gear I was dry, comfortable, warm, and ready to make one more run.

At the condo, while my buddies were standing in line to throw their gear in the dryer, I, along with another intelligent buddy who also had a GORE-TEX® ski outfit, were sitting down having a nice cold Molson to celebrate a 'great day' of skiing."
