GORE-TEX® PACLITE® Shell

Our men’s GORE-TEX® PACLITE® shells feature the lightest, most packable fabrics and are durably waterproof, windproof and breathable. There’s no need to sacrifice your rain gear or other outerwear to fit one more granola bar or freeze dried dinner into your pack— GORE-TEX® PACLITE® is featherlight and ultra compressible so it can be squeezed into even the fullest bag. To achieve this weight loss, GORE-TEX® PACLITE® products feature a protective layer on the membrane made from an oleophobic (oil-hating) substance and carbon. This layer removes the need for a separate lining. Without the extra layers, men’s GORE-TEX® PACLITE® clothing is lighter and smaller to pack away than any other GORE-TEX® clothing and is ideal for when weight and space are critical. All GORE-TEX® PACLITE® clothing is also sealed using special GORE-SEAM® tape technology that completely seals every tiny hole created by sewing machine needles to guarantee that all seams are 100% waterproof.
