    Gore and MONTANE® enter new licensing agreement for GORE-TEX and WINDSTOPPER®

    W.L. Gore & Associates (Gore) is proud to announce the addition of a new outdoor brand customer: MONTANE®.  Based in the North East of England, Montane is a pioneer of lightweight, innovative mountain clothing and equipment.  It aspires to produce cutting edge, lightweight, breathable clothing for ambitious athletes who require above all else supreme functionality and reliability.  GORE-TEX and WINDSTOPPER® products will be introduced into the Montane range for its Fall/Winter 2016 season onwards. 

    As part of their partnership, Montane will primarily focus on introducing GORE-TEX Active and WINDSTOPPER® product technologies into its line offerings as it continues to develop apparel that is not only designed for speed and endurance but also protects the user from the elements.  “Montane has always pushed the boundaries of innovation to create quality lightweight and breathable clothing.  So it goes without saying that we are absolutely delighted to be partnering up with Gore.  After all, GORE-TEXis a world-class brand that is synonymous with innovative, high quality product technologies,” said Jake Doxat, founder of Montane.
