    How it Works

    2.5 layer laminate construction

    GORE-TEX PACLITE® PLUS laminates use a minimalistic 2.5 layer construction that makes them so packable and light while providing durable protection. Highly resistant outer face textiles are laminated to the GORE-TEX membrane, which is equipped with the protective coating and an additional abrasion resistant treatment. This makes a separate lining unnecessary while offering durable protection. The results: thin, light, and highly packable garments ⎼ while being all durably waterproof, windproof, and very breathable.

    The additional abrasion resistant treatment of the inner surface ensures that garments are longer lasting, offering more reliable protection. This treatment also makes them easier to slip on and off, and more comfortable to wear when you're active.
