In our newest Breaking Trails episode, a global cast of creators breaks new ground with GORE-TEX® Products through movement, art, sound, and design.

    Meet the Creators

In the episode, a new generation of makers, artists, and athletes experiment with GORE‑TEX® Products: from innovative music-making in Los Angeles to physical movement on the streets of Tokyo.

    Ami Yuasa

Ami Yuasa (@gfc_ami) is a breakdancer from Tokyo who supercharges the foundations of breaking culture with her own personality and style. Her original physical vocabulary and technique has broken new ground: she is the first-ever Olympic gold medalist in the sport.

    Jaimus Tailor

Working in his hometown of London, Jaimus Tailor (@jaimus_) is a designer specializing in material sustainability. He takes a circular view of products and embraces the endless creative possibilities of upcycling and making materials last.

    NaNa

NaNa (@nana.sneakerart) is a sneaker artist based in Munich, Germany who transforms footwear into artistic expression. She tests the capabilities of universally recognized items to create work and messages that outlast passing trends.

    Nikki Nair

Based in Los Angeles, Nikki Nair (@nikki__nair) is a music producer, who weaves hyperactive tempos, adventurous sonics and abstract sounds into dance music. His experimentations have created an entirely new kind of music: created from nature and built for movement.

    Toby Segar

Toby Segar (@tobysegar) is a professional parkour athlete based in Brighton, UK. Moving fluidly through the built environment, he uses city rooftops, bridges and back alleys to push the boundaries of movement. (📸 Drew Taylor)
