To enter the raffle:

2. The winners will be selected on 25. September 2025 randomly from all raffle entrants who have commented a location. The winners will be notified until 25. September 2025 via direct message

PARTICIPATION RULES: GORE-TEX WASH & CARE RAFFLE

The GORE-TEX WASH & CARE RAFFLE is being promoted by W. L. Gore & Associates (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”) and is subject to the official Participation Rules (in short: “Participation Rules”) as set out here.

ELIGIBILITY:

All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entering the raffle. Winners must have an address within the European Union to be eligible to participate in the raffle. Shipping of the prize to countries outside the European Union is excluded.

Entry into the raffle is deemed full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Participation Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. This raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. It is void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses, or siblings), and household members (irrespective of whether they are related to the above-mentioned persons) are not eligible to enter or win this raffle. There is no possibility of recourse to legal action.

RAFFLE PERIOD/PARTICIPATION:

In order to participate in the raffle, the above-mentioned form must be completed and submitted. Fifty (50) Prize Winners will be selected from all raffle entries submitted during the raffle period. Only one entry per person will be accepted. The prize winners will be selected at random and notified via Instagram direct message.

PRIZES AND STATED SALES PRICES:

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. It may only be transferred or exchanged into a monetary prize by the Promoter. In the event that, for whatever reason, the stated prizes are no longer available, the Promoter reserves the right to replace the stated prize with another prize of equal value. The chances of winning will vary depending on the number of entries. The prize winners shall be notified by Instagram direct message.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

By accepting the prize, the prize winner declares that they hold harmless the Promoter, the management board, the senior managers, other employees or authorized representatives from any and all injuries or damages suffered, or allegedly suffered, by any entrant as a result of them entering this raffle. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to change the raffle period and/or the prizes without prior notification. All participants consent to the Promoter publishing their names without any payment. At the time of entry, all participants must have a valid e-mail address. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for defective computer systems, hardware, software, or programmes. Furthermore, no responsibility shall be accepted for defects, failures, delays in transmission, or malfunction of networks, caused by human error or technical difficulties. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an electronic entry, the entry shall be deemed to have been submitted by the “authorised account holder” in whose name the e-mail account is registered, provided this person fulfills the criteria laid down in the section entitled “Eligibility”. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or other organization (e.g. a commercial or educational institution) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

The prize winner agrees to inform themself about the participation requirements before taking part in the raffle and, furthermore, agrees only to take part in the raffle if they have the necessary technical skills and stamina levels. The Promoter reserves the right to assess the prize winners with regard to their technical skill and stamina levels (on the telephone or in writing) and to withdraw the prize entitlement if the winning participant does not appear to be suitable.

After receiving the notification that they have won, to ensure the delivery of the prize, the participants must send the Promoter a message confirming their contact details within 2 days of the date of the message notifying them that they have won. If the prize winner fails to contact the Promoter within 2 days they will forgo their right to claim the prize. In this case, the Promoter shall select another prize winner from the valid raffle entries or deal with the prize in some other manner in which the Promoter deems appropriate.
