"It’s hard at first but after a while feels completely normal, like you’ve never done it differently.” We’re talking about habits. Nurtured and cared for for a long time, but hardly ever questioned habits become convenient and smoothly functioning routines – but that alone does not make them ideal.
“Once you start questioning your habits regarding the environment, you see a lot of things that you could do better,” Greg Hill explains his transition from a record-fixated to an environmentally conscious outdoor athlete. “You only need to make small changes to protect what you love. You just have to get started and then push through.”
