YOUR GUIDE TO SMOOTH + EASY RENTALS

    RENTING OUT GARMENTS

To keep things simple and running smoothly, here are a few tips for getting your guests into premium GORE-TEX Gear.

    RENTAL PROCESS

    1. Select proper size (reference sizing chart).
    2. Point out adjustment features (e.g., fit, ventilation).
    3. Scan one of the barcodes found on interior of garment.
    4. Complete rental agreement/collect payment.
    5. Encourage customer to remove quality control inspection tag.
    6. Encourage customer to scan QR code for quick feedback.

    HELP CUSTOMERS FIND THEIR FIT

All garments run as “true to size” as possible. Keep in mind, you might need to help customers understand the importance of outerwear being roomy enough to accommodate underlayers. Pants and jackets also need to fit over boots and gloves to allow for full range of motion. If customers are between sizes, we recommend sizing up because adaptable fit features—at ankle and waist, wrist, neck, interior snowskirt, jacket hem, and hood—allow further customization to exact personal preferences.

    GARMENT FEATURES

    • Relaxed fit, can be layered with a base layer and mid-layer insulation
    • 100% waterproof, windproof, breathable comfort (3-layer GORE-TEX Pro fabric for men and 2-layer GORE‑TEX Pro for women)

    BAR CODE LOCATIONS

Each garment comes with barcodes for easy scanning in and out of inventory. This ensures accurate tracking and makes the rental process more efficient. You’ll find barcodes in two places on each garment:

    MEN’S & WOMEN’S JACKETS

    • Interior right front pocket
    • Interior surface beneath snow skirt

    MEN’S & WOMEN’S PANTS

    • Interior surface of seat seam (alongside care labels)
    • Interior surface of right leg pant cuff

    QUALITY CONTROL TAG

Every item receives a new yellow QC tag upon verification of acceptable condition. Be sure to remind customers to remove the yellow tag before wear. Also invite them to scan the QR code on the QC tag to share their feedback, so we know how we're doing. These can be discarded after use, but don't forget to encourage the rider to scan.
