    DAMAGED GARMENTS

GORE-TEX Garment in need of repair? Separate the damaged item from the rest of the items to be laundered. Inform the customer that the garment will be sent to GORE-TEX Outerwear on Demand for repair.  Discuss any additional charges or fees associated with the damage, according to your store's policy. GARMENT CLEANING

Be sure to hang wet garments to dry before placing them in the return bin. Every garment gets laundered after rental return.

    • Make sure customer has removed all possessions (keys, wallet, ski pass) from garments.
    • GORE-TEX Outerwear On Demand uses a specified cleaning process designed to sanitize and restore performance.
    • Cleaner further inspects for any damage and attaches quality control tag to indicate garment is ready for next rental.

    RESTOCKING

Check the sizing information located on the right sleeve of every jacket and on the rear waistband of each pair of pants. We recommend hanging jackets with the right sleeve facing out and the pants with rear waistband size emblem facing outward for easier access and inventory management.
